Existe a vontade de estabelecer um relacionamento fácil e natural com o contexto urbano envolvente à biblioteca. O espaço público exterior dentro do lote é articulado em dois níveis principais. O primeiro é o acesso principal e chegada natural. O segundo encontra-se virado para o Jardim e permite autonomizar parte do programa, diversificando as possibilidades de utilização por parte dos cidadãos sem perder clareza nem eficácia na gestão.
There is a desire to
establish an easy and natural relationship with the surrounding urban context
of the library. The outdoor public space within the lot is articulated on two
main levels. The first is the main access and natural arrival. The second is facing
the garden and brings autonomy to part of the program, diversifying the
possibilities of usage by the citizens without losing clarity and efficiency in
management.
